NEWS  Is Venezuela to give Belarus 500 million dollars? 15:38, 12/07/2007 Venezuela plans to invest 500 million dollars in creation of Belarusian-Venezuelan Investment Fund. This sum has been announced in Caracas, during negotiations of Belarusian governmental delegation headed by the State secretary of the Security Council Viktar Sheiman with the Venezuelan side. The talks have been carried out in the framework of the visit of the Belarusian delegation to Venezuela.
