NEWS  Belarusians Captive Nations March (Photo) 17:50, 16/07/2007 Sunday, July 15 annual Captive Nations March was held in New York. Among its participants Belarusians were a largest group. More than 40 persons have taken part in the rally, mostly members of the Belarusian-American Association (BAZA) and the Association of Belarusian Youth in America. (ZBMA) Among demands of the participants are rights for free development of the Belarusian language, preservation of sovereignty, for democracy. Participants call to stop Rusification, and release political prisoners. Welcome letters have been sent by New York governor and New York mayor.
