NEWS  Independent TV to start broadcasting in November 14:36, 19/07/2007 The Polish National TV management has officially adopted a new satellite channel for Belarus “Belsat”. That was required for completing the formalities and starting broadcasting. According to the channel’s representative, the Belsat is to start broadcasting this November. Now the preparation of personnel and hardware is being underway. As the Radio Svaboda informs, the channel will be in the air every day broadcasting in Belarusian for 16 hours. Agreement on establishment of the satellite channel was signed in April by the Polish TV and the Foreign Ministry of Poland.
