NEWS  Hugo streching a handful of dollars 16:03, 01/08/2007 Venezuela has offered a 3-percent $500-million loan to Belarus for 15 years, Belarus Deputy Prime Minister Uladzimir Siamashka said in a statement, reports Belta. Belarus-Venezuelan joint ventures are expected to receive funding from this loan, he said.
