Son of BNF’s leader justified by court 18:22, 09/08/2007
The trial on the head of the cultural commission of the BNF Party Franak Vyachorka who had been charged with violation of regulations on keeping city and public places in order, several weeks ago together with another youth activists participated in the campaign ”Let’s defend Hrodna Together!”
The reports on him and the BNF Party member Stsyapan Svidzersky were made then for applying the stickers on the houses in Savetskaya Street.
The court’s judgment was to close the case for unproved guilt. The militiamen who had detained Franak Vyachorka and made the report told that they had seen only one person applying the stickers. To prove the guilt of Franak Vyachorka by the fact that several days ago Stsyapan Svidzersky was sued on the same case and sentenced to 4 base rates penalty was impossible.
