In the oppositionist’s criminal file bugged data appeared

In the criminal file of the 18-year-old Young Front’s activist Yaraslau Grischenya the information which was bugged from his phone .Though , according to Yaraslau, the phone was registered not on his name.

The data represented around 20minutes of audio recording as well as his phone talks’ printout. “I heard Zmitser Dashkevich’s (leader of the Young Front organization sued for participation in the unregistered organization) voice, Yaraslau Grischenya told the United Civil Party’s press- service after getting acquainted with the file of his criminal case.

Among the bugged information there are also 4 hours of video recording and the witnesses` explanations- his parents, the director of the school and others. The militia’s cameras recorded Yaraslau Grischenya during the trial of the Young Front activists Aleg Korban, Baris Garetsky, Nasta Palazhanka and Zmitser Fedaruk, during the Chernobyl Way and the Day of Freedom.

“It seems as if it were only me who was recorded during that action by the cameras of all the militiamen from all the sides imaginable. As if I were a movie star”, Yaraslau Grischenya said. According to him, there are many photos in his criminal file either.

It is to be mentioned that 8 August Yaraslau Grischenya was officially convicted of participation in the unregistered organization (article 193-1 of the Criminal Code). The statement on the charges brought against him was signed by the investigator of the Baranavichi city department for internal affairs U.Paulousky.
