Tatstsyana Tsyshkevich «When they seized Mikita Sasim I hurried up to help him» 11:59, 20/08/2007
Tatstsyana Tsyshkevich talked with the Radio Svaboda correspondent. -How do you feel? Any health problems? -Now I‘ll start counting my health problems: headache, sharp stomach ache after a hard blow in the abdomen I feel a sharp heartburn .I am also a bit drowsy. In the morning I was put an injection. Can you tell in short how it happened that you were suddenly attacked? -When that guy, Mikita Sasim, was captured, I was the first to run up to help him. Three people were pulling him, three other watching that. Then one of those three ran up to me unexpectedly, hit me several times over the head, he knocked me down and started beating me with his feet… Was he uniformed? No, he wasn’t. -Are you going to claim the attack? -Yes, I have already submitted the application to the militia. In the morning the militiaman came to the hospital, he didn’t want me to write anything.”He would ask” Is it your final decision to write a claim?” I unambiguously answered “Yes, it is.” -Haven’t the doctors told you how long they are going to keep you at the hospital? -Maybe, It will become clear after the doctor’s examination. It didn’t happen in the morning, then maybe in the afternoon.
