Saligorsk district court admitted youth activist Ivan Shila guilty of crime provisioned by Article 193-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (participation in the unregistered organization) and warned him of the illegal nature of such activities
The public prosecutor demanded the youth’s conviction without imprisonment. His demand he explained by Shila’s being the minor thus not to be sentenced to imprisonment or liberty restriction. As the youth doesn’t work he can’ be penalized either.
4 September Nasta Azarka was sued for the same charges and sentenced to 40 base rates (Br 1billion 240 thousand) penalty.
