New criminal cases against Young Front 17:37, 18/09/2007
Militiamen and KGB staff members searched the apartment of the Young Front activist Kiril Atamanchik in Zhlobin. The youth activist reported to the Radio Svaboda that the plainclothes militiaman explained that the search was made under the criminal case brought by the KGB against the Young Front activists for participation in the unregistered organization.
That is the second search and the second criminal case in the Homel region. Yesterday militiamen searched the apartment of another Young Front activist Arseni Yagorchanka in Svetlagorsk. The Young Front activists consider that after the trials held in Minsk, Minsk region and Baranavichy the KGB started persecution of the Homel region Young Front activists.
Criminal cases against Homel region Young Front activists opened the second dozen of criminal cases against Young Front activists.
