They were immediately given their military cards back and let go.

Activist of Dziarzhynsk district Mikalai Kolas and Aliaksandr Rybachanka spent only few hours at reserve training, Radio Svaboda reports.

On October morning, 12, they arrived to Dziarzhynsk commissariat, then they were delivered to a military air defence unit in Navakolasava village. A few hours later activists were released with military cards, Mikalai Kolas informs.

"We put on t-shirts - No to Russian Military Base - and went to the commissariat. There were 10 of "guerillas", mostly they came from Uzda district. We got into a car and drove to Kolasava. We spent there a few hours, and only a half of us were chosen. Aliaksandr and me were given our military cards back. They say they did not need us.

Mikalai Kolas believes that was an attempt to recruit him and his friend Aliaksandr Rybachanka because of their public activity:

"It's likely they wanted to scare us with this training and make us stop our political activity. Before the "elections" I hosted a firefighter, had a call from the village chairman and was informed about draft notice. They frightened me with fines, I had to call the ambulance for my mother".

Mikalai Kolas and Aliaksandr Rybachanka actively participated in opposition actions before the "elections", National Flag's demonstration and demonstration on October 11 were among them. They were carrying banner "Boycott to Elections". Earlier they wore t-shirts against Russian airbase in Belarus.
