The credit line in the amount of PLN 4 billion, or EUR 1 billion, will promote trade turnover between Ukraine and Poland, according to Petro Poroshenko.

An UNIAN correspondent reported from the president’s joint press conference with his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda held in Kyiv on Tuesday.

"As for macroeconomic cooperation, I can say that the governor of the National Bank Gontareva and chairman of the Polish bank have held negotiations, reaching an agreement on the opening of a credit line in the amount of PLN 4 billion, or EUR 1 billion, which will facilitate trade turnover between Ukraine and Poland," said Petro Poroshenko.

The presidents of Ukraine and Poland stated the necessity of continuation of sanctions against Russia for the non-fulfillment of the Minsk agreements.
