Incompetence is work-related disorder of Lukashenka's bureaucrats.

Next week we surely have at least one good news - Belarusian political prisoner Kiryl Silivonchyk will be released from Nizhny Novgorod prison No. 14. But it is unknown whether he is finally released or convoyed to the migration prison.

I will recall that 24-year-old programmer Silivonchyk worked as system administrator on the aircraft repair plant in Nizhny Novgorod. In December 2014 he was arrested, and in April 2015 the Moscow military court sentenced him to two years in a penal settlement for "public justification of terrorism or public calls for it." Like many Russians, Belarusians went to prison for the repost in support of Ukraine. However, the story is not about it: the term expires in a week.

In the autumn penal colony No. 14 received decree of the Ministry of Justice signed by Deputy Minister Alu Alkhanov on recognition of stay of citizen Silivonchyk K.V. undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation. It implies two variants: either to leave in train by a ticket bought by police officers or to go to the migration prison until deportation. And the decision of deportation may be delayed - the New Year and long Russian vacation is about to come.

Kiryl does not want to celebrate the New Year in the migration prison. He wants to go home. For the first time in two years in prison he has decided to ask the Belarusian consulate for help. Fortunately, there is the department in Nizhny Novgorod. Silivonchyk explained the situation in his letter: "I wish and I am ready to leave the territory of the Russian Federation within 48 hours after the release at my expense. I ask for assistance in issues related to departure from the Russian Federation and the return to my homeland."

The other day the Belarusian Embassy in Nizhny Novgorod replied: "State budget of the Republic of Belarus does not imply allocation of funds to provide financial assistance in this situation. In this regard, it makes sense to address to relatives, friends, relatives in the Republic of Belarus, as well as charity and other public organizations for financial assistance. More information is available on russia.novgorod@mfa.gov.by and telephone numbers... "It is signed by the head of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Belarusian Embassy Ulasau A.O.

This is all that one should know about Belarusian diplomats, their professionalism and the state's attitude on a citizen. They even did not care to read till the end. He writes: guys, I have money, I will buy a ticket, please, help me to leave Russia and not to find myself in the migration prison. They reply in Medvedev way: there is no money, but brace yourselves. And they give advice to the prisoner to enter his e-mail and telephone number. To say nothing of e-mail address under the guise of the site: you may find there more information. In general, @.by.

By the way, the Belarusian consul once visited Silivonchyk in prison after the trial and before the transportation. Four months the citizen of Belarus spent in prison and nobody knew what happened to him and his conditions - and the strict obligation of the consul is to pursue the compliance with rights of the Belarusian citizen in detention. Perhaps, diplomats hoped for mere consequences: a fine and the expulsion from Russia, then it would be possible not to go to the remand prison. It failed.

Well, they are too lazy to go to prison. They are too lazy to do anything away from home. Especially in Nizhny Novgorod. "Near Gorky where bright stars shine my girlfriend lives in the worker's village," is sacred, of course. But could you, guys, at least, read the resort of the citizen till the end? And to find out that he was not asking for money. No, Belarusian diplomats have lack of skills for it. As well as for other things. Incompetence is their work-related disorder. Dot.By.
