The drills of the Airborne troops of Russia and Belarus are to take place in September in Vitsebsk region, said Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Airborne Troops Lieutenant General Vladimir Shamanov to journalists on Monday, summing up the results of the military council of the Troops key personnel, Interfax.by reports.

“The Russian-Belarusian exercises are to take place on the territory of Vitsebsk region in September 2016. Besides, a battalion of the 104th regiment of the 76th division is to participate in the parade on July 3 in Minsk, dedicated to the Independence Day,” – he said.
