The State Committee on Standardization found non-compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union in almost all imported hosiery products tested in October-November 2016.

In October and November 2016, the State Committee for Standardization of Belarus, in the process of 39 control-supervisory measures on compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of products intended for children and adolescents" and "On safety of the light industry products " in the realization of the light industry products, tested 177 items of imported hosiery, ej.by reports with a reference to the Ministry for Anti-Monopoly Regulation and Trade website.

According to the results of the state supervision conducted by the Regional Inspectorates of the State Standardization Committee in October and November 2016, selling of 95 batches of non-standard products for the total sum of over Bn 3676 was prohibited. Herein, 14 protocols on administrative violations were forwarded to the court for taking measures.
