Lukashenka Starts Doubting The Military

The dictator seems not to trust the Air Force and Air Defense.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka today visited the Central Command Post of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces. The dictator assessed the results of the inspection of the forces on duty. At the same time, he expressed doubts that the inspection was carried out honestly.

“They have passed the test. The first question that worried me was that this should all be objective and honest. As a military man, I can tell you that if you organized the inspection honestly, as it should be, it is worthy. I did not serve in the Air Force or Air Defense. But I see how this check was carried out, its intention,” the dictator’s press service reports his words.

Lukashenka noted that all targets were dealt with accordingly: discovered, hit, or forced to land.

Lukashenka expressed doubts that everything was organized honestly.

“Only one thing: if it’s all unexpected, sudden and honest. If so, then yes. It's not just impressive, it's decent. There will be results of objective control — then we will finally sum up the results at the Ministry of Defense. Therefore, my only concern is that it be honest. A sudden check means that those who need it know. And the rest work like in wartime,” he said.
