А по какой причине Финькевич невыездной? Объяснили?
Ну вот мы и приехали. Так обыденно обсуждаем ситуацию с железным занавесом.

by the way: last time I was talking to several custom officers and border policemen on the way back home to Czech Republic. all of them were well informed about "the world outside Belarus" and their collegues "on the other side" of the border. most of the border officers are unhappy that they have to pretend "the bad guy in the uniform" ... I think, most of them realized, that a foreigner must not be an enemy automatically, although they are trilled to think and act in such schemes. but from face to face they prefer to human beings instead of system puppets.

when I came back from Belarus to Praha in January, there was no border control between Poland and my native country. there was even no STOP signal ... I could pass the border zone like any other street ... it was a great and emotional moment ... it swallowed all the lies away, which we were told by our authorities told us in the 80ies.

freedom is like springtime ... flowers everywhere : ))
