Nuclear power station in Belarus might be constructed by Russians

Belarus is preparing a competition for holding a tender for choosing a general partner for the power station construction, Piotr Vitiaz, first deputy head of the National Academy of Sciences’ Presidium, said on press conference on Tuesday in Minsk.

In P. Vitiaz opinion, “we can’t construct it without Russians”. Interfax says that “it will be an open competition, every organization is to suggest its variants of the solution”.

Speaking about training the personnel for the power station P. Vitiaz said, the agreements on training of specialists were signed with Russian scientific centers.
