Action near court: youth requires releasing Finkevich

10:37, — Politics

About 60 people are standing near the court of October District of Magilou, where political prisoner Artur Finkevich, activist of the Young Front, has trial now. The youth activists wear t-shirts with the slogan “Freedom for Finkevich!”, have portraits of the political prisoner in their hans and shout “Freedom!”

As youth activist Paval Sevyarynets said to the Charter’97 press center, the police are yet watching the events near the court.

It should be reminded that political prisoner Artur Finkevich is accused of breaking the inner rules on “khimia” (prison facility of open type) and faces up to three years of colony. The activist was sentenced to “khimia” for graffiti “We got enough!” and “We want new one!”
