16:22, — Politics

A banner with a slogan “Freedom for Finkevich!” was hung out by the Young Front activists on a multi-storey dwelling house on Partizanski Avenue in Minsk. In such a way the Young Front members continue their everyday campaign on release of one of their leaders.

Leaflets with information about the criminal persecution of the youngest political prisoner of Belarus were fixed to the banner. Many people could notice the slogan for release of the political prisoner, as the banner was well seen from a long distance. People, walking along the avenue stopped to look at the inscription, and numerous passers-by near the house gathered and read leaflets.

It should be reminded, that Artur Finkevich, one of the leaders of the Young Front, was sentenced to 1,5 year of imprisonment for falsified by the authorities “violation of discipline” of the special prison institution, where the Young Front member served his two-year punishment for graffiti “We’ve got enough!” and “We want a new one!”
