State to spend 3 times as much on “Minsk-Arena” as compared to affordable housing

Alyaksanr Lukashenka has signed the investment programme-2008.
It is state din the document where and how much money would be spent from Lukashenka’s reserve fund and from the budget of the country on different social programs.
“KP in Belarus” has calculated that the total sum will make about 1.5 billion rubles. Some items of expenditure are the following:
“Clean Water” program – 166.4 billion rubles
Construction of “Minsk-Arena” complex – 110.2 billion rubles
Equipment for hospitals – 71 billion rubles
Housing for Social Security beneficiaries of – 24.1 billion rubles
“Children of Belarus” program – 24.1 billion rubles
Lake Naroch rehabilitation – 6.5 billion rubles
“Electrinic Belarus” program – 5 billion rubles
