Chavez doesn’t have time for Lukashenka

10:54, — Politics

A visit of Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez to Belarus and other countries has been delayed for a later term, which is to be agreed upon in advance. BELTA correspondent has been informed about that by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Embassy to Belarus.

Earlier it was reported that Hugo Chavez planned to visit Belarus in the end of February – beginning of March.

Representatives of the Embassy have underlined that the visit has been postponed in connection with coincidence of terms of the visit with the upcoming release of several Colombian hostages of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and their delivery to Venezuelan government.
