Authorities try to keep their outrage from world 30

19:47, — Politics

TV and Radio Company Mir refuses to broadcast video reports of foreign TV channels, accredited in Minsk, about a crackdown of a peaceful demonstration, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Belarusian National Republic proclamation.

Though a contract of renting a transmitter was concluded between TV and radio company Mir and a number of foreign television companies, Mir, referring to technical problems, refused to transmit video reports from the today’s action in Minsk. But indeed the state TV channel of the CIS countries tries to hide the truth about unreasonably cruel actions of riot militia against peaceful citizens, gathered in the Minsk center to mark Freedom Day.
