Freedom and Democracy foundation proclaimed an action No to Villains from KGB due to repressions against the independent media in Belarus and confiscation of equipment of Belarusian journalists by KGB, radio Racyja reports.
The foundation addressed to all Polish editor’s offices, non-governmental organisations, local councils and private persons and asked to grant equipment for Belarusian colleagues, taken away by the Belarusian authorities in one day.
It was proposed that instead of every unit of equipment, seized by the KGB, two ones should be granted to Belarusian journalists.
27 March Belarusian secret services arrested office equipment of Belarusian independent media, including those of TV channel Belsat and Radio Racyja.
