Russian defense minister to hold talks in Minsk this week

A delegation of Russian military officials, led by Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, will arrive in Minsk on April 29.
As a representative of the Belarusian defense ministry told BelaPAN, the Russian minister will hold face-to-face talks with his Belarusian counterpart, Leanid Maltsaw, on Tuesday.
They will chair a joint board meeting of the Belarusian and Russian defense ministries the following day. The agenda includes draft agreements between Belarus and Russia on joint technical support for the Regional Group of Forces and electronic warfare cooperation.
While in Minsk, Mr. Serdyukov is expected to visit the Minsk Wheeled Tractor Factory and the Ahat defense industry enterprise.
