Minsk dwellers can watch the results of an “ideological diversion” for some days. White and red tulips blossom near the entrance to the State Security Committee of Belarus (KGB) on Independence Avenue.
The officers of this institution didn’t welcome attempts to take photo of this beautiful sight, so only the second try was successful.
Recently some people in Homel got arrests for “oppositional” white-red-white balloons. What then should be done with the Belarusian KGB administration?
