Students “prepared” for parliamentary elections

By his decree Alyaksandr Lukashenka increased size of all kinds of state bursaries to young students. It is worth mentioning that the decree was signed on June 17, while bursaries are raised since April 1.
As Interfax informs, bursaries for university students will range from Br 93,000 to Br 148,800, specialized secondary educational establishments’ students are to receive from Br 78,100 to Br 124,800; vocational schools’ students are to receive from Br 50,300 to Br80,400.
Re-calculation of study bursaries is to be done starting from the day of April 1, 2008.
