Petrol prise raised for third time during summer

Belneftekhim concern has increased petrol and diesel fuel retail prices at the inner market by 5 per cent.
BelTA has learnt it from the concern.
Retail prices of oil products sold in Belneftekhim fuel stations are: A-96 petrol - Br1950 per 1 liter (growth by Br100), gasoline 92 octane - Br2470 (by Br120), gasoline 95 octane - Br2810 (by Br140).
Retail prices of diesel fuel have increased by Br110 and amounts to Br2240 per 1 liter.
It is the third growth of oil products prices during this year. On 10 June petrol retail prices in Belarus has risen by average 5 per cent, diesel fuel – by 14.8 per cent. They have grown by 5 and 9.8 per cent respectively.
Belneftekhim explained the increase in prices is caused by oil prices growth (it has raised by 38 per cent over H1 2008). The prices were raised to secure stable work of concern’s enterprises at the inner market.
