Vyachorka and Shyla can be considered political prisoners

5

Presentation of a problem in a way that they do not want to serve in the army is absolutely groundless. Neither Prince Harry nor Elvis were forced into the army this way.

When a person is first expelled from university or school, then results of medical check-up are forged, it is a crime. That means that Franak Vyachroka and Ivan Shyla can definitely be considered political prisoners. To stop this total lawlessness, “Amnesty International” is to recognize them prisoners of conscience. Maybe they would be left alone before April 13, a blogger nescerka.livejournal.com writes.

Like every half a year this year dozens of thousands of young people put on boots and went to serve in the army according to the law. And according to the same law, dozens of thousands of young people haven’t joined the army. And nobody calls them traitors, or deviationists. The question of Franak Vyachorka and Ivan Shyla is not in they evade from their duty, but that the Constitution and laws of the country are gravely violated against them, which cannot be justified by political or other actions. If the regime isolates its political opponents, no matter in which way, by putting them into prison or with the help of another repressive instrument, the latter become political prisoners.
