CEC has all reasons to remove Lukashenka from elections

On the CEC session on December, 9 the application of “For Fair Elections” campaign coordinator Siarhei Kalyakin will be considered.

As the politician said, campaign representatives inform the Central Election Commission about violations by the presidential candidate Alyaksandr Lukashenka of election legislation.

“In particular, in the administration of the president, that is on his work place, he has conducted a meeting with his election agents. Electoral Code says that the use of premises occupied by state authorities and organizations, in order to perform acts promoting nomination or election of a deputy or a president, under condition that other candidates can’t use these premises in the same way, is forbidden. We believe that legislation violation can lead among other things to annulment of registration of the candidate for presidency Lukashenka”, Kalyakin reported.
