A candidate for deputy of Minsk city executive committee, a well-known blogger Yauhen Lipkovich believes that authorities violate his rights during collection of voters’ signatures.

Blogger Yauhen Lipkovich (lipkovich.livejournal.com) runs as a candidate in Minsk city council in Pershamajski district constituency. As blogger states, he decided to participate in elections exclusively because of Sevastopolski Park, which can be destroyed by local authorities as a result of “improvement”, he believes.

Lipkovich has already registered his initiative group and started to collect signatures of Minsk dwellers for his nomination. But not everything is going on swimmingly…
