Bakiyev who run to Belarus is awaited at his fatherland

General prosecution of Kyrgyzstan directed international investigation assignments to a number of countries.

They say about undertaking of search measures and detention of Ex President of the country Kurmanbek Bakiyev, as well as his relatives and people from his inner circle within the frameworks of the investigated criminal cases, press service of the Supervisory agency of the country informed on Thursday, “RIA News” reports.

Investigation assignments about detention of Kurmanbek Bakiyev, his sons Marat and Maksim and his brother Zhanibek, and also former Chief of National Security Murat Sutalinov, Ex Premier Daniyar Usenov and 14 persons more, are handed over to law enforcement agencies of Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Great Britain, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

“According to the requirements of Minsk and Kishinev Conventions “On mutual legal assistance in Matters of Civil, family and Criminal Law” the assignments are directed within the frameworks of investigation of criminal cases launched on the facts of mass killings, which took place on April, 7, 2010 at Ala-Too Square, and also economic and official crimes in relation to a number of persons”.

“On the above mentioned cases Internal Ministry of the Republic search cases were opened, they are wanted by police on the intergovernmental and international level. They are also wanted by Interpol”, - Supervisory agency of Kyrgyzstan reminds.
