Minsk: Freedom for Ales Byalyatski! (Photo)

Activists of European Belarus civil campaign and the campaign “Revolution by social networks” held a joint action of solidarity with Ales Byalyatski in Minsk.

Young people with portraits of the political prisoner gathered near Globa shopping centre and demanded his immediate release.

Dozens of leaflets with information about Ales Byalyatski were hand out to passers-by. One of passers-by joined the human chain.

Ales Byalyatski was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison and confiscation of property.
