Alyaksandr Mauchanau released again

Alyaksandr Mauchanau was released from the termporary detention facility in Barysau in the evening of November 8.
The former political prisoner was arrested for ten days allegedly for disobedience to police officers and then for three days as a suspect in a criminal case.
Mauchnau will appeal against the arrest to the regional court. His cassation appeal will be heard on November 18.
He is still a suspect in a criminal case over article 370 of the Criminal Code (desecrating state symbols). The activist pleads not guilty, Viasna human rights centre reports.
