Ukrainian media: Lukashenka forged a letter of congratulation from Yanukovych?

The Administration of the Ukrainian President does not comment on the information concerning congratulation from Viktor Yanukovych to Alyaksadnr Lukashenka on his “victory” in the elections.

“There are no congratulations to Alyaksandr Lukashenka on Yanukovich’s website. Only Lukashenka’s website contains this information,” Oleg Mirus, the first deputy head of Humanitarian Affairs Main Department at the Presidential Administration, said at a round table discussion “Democracy in Ukrainian Style” held in Gorshenin Institute on Thursday, the website LB.ua informs.

Answering a question if the story with congratulation was invented by Minsk, he said he could comment only on the information posted on the website.

We remind that European countries refused to recognize the results of the Belarusian presidential elections. Earlier, the official website of the Belarusian ruler said that Viktor Yanukovych had congratulated Lukashenka on his victory.
