Statkevich begins examining his case

Presidential candidate Mikalai Statkevich has begun to familiarize himself with materials of the criminal case on March 21.

The politician has examined three volumes of the case during the first day.

Mikalai Statkevich has been in the KGB jail since December 19, 2010. The politician had two meetings with his lawyer, Tatsyana Stankevich, on the day of bringing charges with organizing mass riot against him and some days ago, when the investigation of the criminal case had been completed. Mikalai Statkevich refused to give evidence, “Belorusski Partizan” reports.
