Arrests in “December 19 case” go on

On March 21 in the evening a 23-year-old student of the 5th year (university is still unknown) Alyaksei Shastou (Shestov) was detained as a suspect and placed to the pre-trial detention centre in Valadarski Street.

On March 22 a search at Shastou’s place started, the human rights centre “Vyasna” informs.

According to unverified reports, two of his friends were detained with him, their names are being cleared up. It is possible that in a next few days some new names would be added to the list of persons involved in the criminal case related to the so-called “mass riots”.
