Belarusian TV downloads films from torrent sites

Stealing of Hollywood-produced films by the Belarusian Television and Radio Company does not look surprising amid the fraudulent presidential election, presidential candidates thrown in the KGB jail, planes carrying weapons, and promises to use the army against people.

The TV managers apparently decided that the situation wouldn’t be worse than today and added a stolen American movie to the air.

In the evening on Sunday, February 27, just before a broadcast of the Academy Awards ceremony 20101, Belarusians could watch The Hurt Locker, the last year’s triumphal Oscar winner.

“In the middle of the film the silence is suddenly interrupted by a pleasant female voice tearing the soul into blooded pieces of meat with a phrase, you won’t believe, but with that exactly phrase ‘The release has been prepared exclusively for interfilm.ru’,” blogger koffboy shares his impressions of the film.
