Three persons, Alyaksei Alyaksandrau, Ihar Hryhalets and Kanstantsin Kaplin, have lodged appeals to the regional court, BelaPAN reports.

Kaplin says he filed an appeal to the regional court more than two weeks ago. He was told in the registry on July 26 that his appeal was not received.

We remind that lost his right arm. He was detained in Hrodna on July 3. The police report said he was “clapping”. The Hrodna City Court found him guilty in participating in an unauthorized rally and fined him 1,050,000 rubles.
