Dzmitry Uss taken to prison hospital

Since July 1 a participant of the presidential campaign – 2011 Dzmitry Uss (Vus) has been put in the republican prison hospital in Valadarski street in Minsk.

Zmitser Bandarenka has informed about that in his letter to his wife, as the wife of the political prisoner Volha Bandarenka to charter97.org. Zmitser Bandarenka and Dzmitry Uss were placed in one prison cell which is at the same time observation ward.

The reason of hospitalization is unknown.

We remind that Dzmitry Uss had been sentenced to 5.5 years of imprisonment in an enhanced security prison for organizing the so-called mass riots. In such a way the authorities call the many-thousand peaceful protest rally on December 19 2010 in Minsk.

On July 19 Minsk city court is to consider cassation appeals of Mikalai Statkevich and Dzmitry Uss from the ruling of the court of Leninski district.
