ONT clips out Victor Tsoi’s “seditious” song “Changes”

Today is the 21st anniversary of the famous rock musician’s death.
Victor Tsoi died in a car accident in Latvia on August 15, 1990. He was 28.
The ONT channel showed the concert of “Kino” given in “Olympic” in Moscow in 1990 last Friday, on August 12. However, the “seditious” sing “Changes” was clipped out of the concert and Belarusian viewers did not see it.
