Kavalyova not allowed seeing her son

The mother of Uladzislau Kavalyou, who was convicted for complicity in terrorist attack, wanted to see her son for the second time in December.

But only one meeting is allowed after sentencing. The woman was denied a meeting.

Lyubou Kavalyova still hopes to gain another meeting.

“I will apply again. My son has his birthday on January 17. I will try to gain a meeting on his birthday,” Lyubou Kavalyova told Euroradio.

We remind that Kavalyou’s lawyer will examine the case materials until January 16. He then may file a supervisory appeal. The preliminary appeal was filed by the convict in early December.
