Police show "bombers in plain clothes" to journalists (Photo)

A special press-conference took place in the counterexplosive office of the Interior Ministry's troops of January 18.

This is how the law-enforcement agencies reacted to the publication in the Internet. According to it, unknown people who carried explosive devices walked out of the pedestrian subway to the street several dozens minutes after the blast in the "Kastrychnitskaya" metro station.

Minsk police stated after the publication that it had been their officers who worked at the blast site in the very first minutes.

According to them, the policemen looked for explosive devices at the platform, and they were wearing plain clothes only because they had no time to change when they received an emergency call.
