Believers of Europe disturbed with the tortures against Dashkevich

A conference was held in Warsaw with Evangelic believers from thirteen countries of Europe taking part.

In the framework of services two-hours prayers were made for Belarus.

At a special session on Belarus the representatives of European countries found out about the situation in Belarus, about political prisoners, including specifically Dzmitry Dashkevich. Then there was a prayer for Dzmitry and other political prisoners of Belarus.

The information announced caused a wave of indignation and solidarity. The believers asked for the addresses of the political prisoners in order to write them letters of support.

We would remind that on 26 September in the media there appeared information about the pressure being put on Dashkevich from the part of the penal colony’s administration. In particular it was reported, that the representatives of the administration were expressing themselves insultingly towards protestant churches and the Evangelic Faith of Dashkevich’s, also there were threats of violence voiced.
