Dictator nationalizes Kammunarka and Spartak

Lukashenka called for the liquidation of the supervisory boards of the both confectionaries.

The respective instruction was given in the course of a visiting meeting (at Kommunarka) on the issue of development of the confectionary industry, AFN reports.

Lukashenka reminded that he had instructed to “analyze in a most serious manner everything what had been happening at these enterprises starting from the Soviet times: how they had been privatized, whom they had gone to, how they had been valued – and take a decision in the court”.

“The court took a decision. Who didn’t follow the court’s decision? The supervisory boards. Starting from tomorrow the supervisory boards must be liquidated”, - the Belarusian ruler demanded.

“Court’s decisions must be observed unconditionally, and then you have a right for an appeal”, - he added.

“My decision is unambiguous, regardless of all the investors and investment climate. That is why starting from tomorrow the enterprises must operate in the same way they did before. I’m not yet talking about the share fractions, per cents, and investors – so far I’m only talking about the enterprises’ management. Starting from tomorrow the heads of the enterprises make decisions single-handedly like state owned ones having forgotten that they had any supervisory board before”, - Lukashenka stated.

The ruler said that a letter has been secretly put for him recently which said that the officials wanted to sell the factories at their own interests.
