Unemployment benefits fell to 185,200 rubles in Minsk.

The average unemployment benefits in the Belarusian capital were 185,200 rubles on October 1, the department on labour, employment and social protection of the Minsk city executive committee reports.

The average unemployment allowance was 136,900 rubles on April 1, 150,800 rubles on May 1, 181,400 on June 1, 190,400 on July 1, 190,700 rubles on August 1 and 232,500 on September 1.

Just to compare, the minimum living wage was 843,900 rubles on August 1. Unemployment benefits were paid to 5,197 people in January—September.
