Yermakova is not happy about the EurAsEc requirements

The National Bank of Belarus expects to receive the entire amount under the three billion program from the Anti-Crisis Fund of the EurAsEc.

As the Head of the National Bank Nadezhda Yermakova stated on October 18th “the program is getting stricter, the requirements, which we have to fulfill are getting tougher.”

According to her, on October 15-19th the Anti-Crisis Fund mission is working in Minsk, but it is still too early to voice its evaluation of the situation in Belarus, as BelTA reports.

“Of course these are not easy negotiations, unfortunately. We would like them to understand us and we hope that they will. And if they won’t, well, we will cope ourselves,” stated Nadezhda Yermakova.

At the same time the IMF mission has arrived in Minsk, however at the moment there is not a word about granting Belarus with a new credit from the IMF.

As for the cooperation with the EurAsEc, Belarus expects to receive another fourth tranche of the credit by the end of 2012.
