Mass fight at Zhdanovichi market: 40 detained

The Caucasians and Gipsy couldn’t agree over a price on a cell phone.

Police detained over 40 people; the ambulance was called to the place of the incident.

The fight between the Gypsy and so called people of Caucasian nationality occurred roughly at 12.30-13.00 near the food market. Even a traumatic weapon was used, that is why some needed medical help, a witness of the conflict told TUT.BY.

Three people suffered from bullet wounding. The man, who started the shooting, was severely beaten. All the four were taken to a hospital. In total 43 people were detained, they were taken to the Minsk Central district’s police department, the staff member of the press-service of the Minsk City’s police department Evgeny Sachak told the Belarus-1 TV channel.
