Kashpirouski’s sessions forbidden in Minsk

The Minsk city executive committee didn’t give the famous psychotherapist a permission to hold meeting with the capital’s dwellers.

In the capital’s Palace of Culture Sukno Anatol Kashpirouski, whose arrival to Belarus was several times rescheduled, was supposed to have his first meeting with Minsk dwellers. Around fifty people gathered for the free morning session. Kashpirouski himself came to the palace as well. However no one managed to get into the assembly hall. According to the Sukno’s administration, all the meetings were cancelled for technical and administrative reasons, Narodnaya Volia reports.

Instead of the meetings some religious service started there at 11 a.m. The adherents of Kashpirouski claimed those were sectarians.

Anatol Kashpirouski on his web-site advised those who wanted to come to a meeting with him to wait for the final decision on whether the “psychotherapy sessions” will take place. The control date is 22 October.

As for the cancellation of the first meeting Kashipouski said the following: “The palace’s director refers to calls with an “advice of good will” not to hold these meetings. The city’s executive committee in its turn claims that it has nothing against them. To my manager’s question to the director of the palace regarding which authorities he was subordinate to – Lukashenka or the city’s executive committee, the director answered that he submits to the executive committee. We have unofficial information that the “advice of good will” came from the deputy mayor Karpenka. The director is afraid of losing his job. That’s why he said he would never reveal the name of the one who gave him the “advice”.

We would remind that Igar Karpenka is the deputy head of Minsk city’s executive committee for ideology. Literally yesterday in addition he became the head of the communist party of Belarus.
