A short film about political prisoner Mikalai Autukhovoch appeared on the Internet.

The movie shows the real reasons for the arrest of the businessman and Soviet-Afghan war veteran. Mikalai Autukhovich had information about corruption among officials, secret service officers and policemen, He tried to do something with it, but got arrested. The film shows the businessman and other people saying about his prosecution, Viasna human rights centre reports.

Mikalai Autukhovich was detained on February 8, 2009. The Supreme Court of Belarus sentenced him to five years and 2 months in a maximum security penal colony on May 6, 2010. On January 17, 2012, the court set stricter confinement conditions for him and he was moved from penal colony No. 15 in Ivatsevichy to prison No. 1 on Hrodna.
