A protocol for a charity lunch

A district police inspector major Mizger visited an entrepreneur Mikalai Charnavus at his workplace at a local market in Baranavichy on 25 October.

Having questioned salesmen and entrepreneurs he composed a protocol of an administrative violation of the article 23.34 part II of the Administrative Code (organization and conduct of an unauthorized), the human rights center Viasna reports.

The entrepreneur and civic activist Mikalai Charnavus from Baranavichy organized a charity lunch at a local market near the place where his business is based on 6 October. Simultaneously he collected around three hundred signatures for free public transportation for schoolchildren for extra class activities and optional classes, which he sent to the Council of Ministers.

Mikalai Charnavus planned to collect those signatures at a rally on 7 October but the authorities didn’t allow the rally.
